Frequently Asked Questions

nQuorate’s consumer digital twins are engineered utilizing proprietary behavioral decision models. These models synthesize sociodemographics, category and purchase behavior, media and platform habits, attitudinal traits, and regional and cultural context to accurately simulate consumer decision-making across segments, income bands, and city tiers.
-
nQuorate is designed for the early, iterative, directional studies where speed matters most - concept screening, message and creative refinement, pack and price checks, segmentation hypotheses. For decisions requiring statistically powered sample sizes, traditional fielded studies remain the standard. The intended workflow is to use nQuorate to converge fast, then field the final study.
-
Our approach is to benchmark twin responses against held-out fielded studies and measure directional agreement. Current performance benchmarks demonstrate strong directional agreement when tested against publicly available consumer research studies.
-
The platform currently focuses on India, with panel coverage spanning metros, Tier-1, and Tier-2 cities across regions, income bands, and life stages, plus initial US coverage. Expansion into additional markets is actively in the development pipeline.
-
The panel is fully synthetic - twins are not linked to identifiable individuals, and no consumer Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is stored. The infrastructure mandates stringent data residency protocols and role-based access controls, architected to seamlessly align with standard enterprise IT and procurement requirements, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and comprehensive audit logging.
-
Pricing models are structured around an initial proof-of-concept phase to demonstrate platform capabilities. Subsequent enterprise licensing is tailored to match organizational scale and specific research requirements.
